But it was interrupted by the war. After the war, Sona found herself facing uncertainty, loss, and serious difficulties, forced to leave behind the life she had been trying to build.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this painful period, she decided to take part in the Foundation\u2019s group support sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThese were not just sessions. They felt like a big and honest conversation \u2014 something many people need today. It was an opportunity to listen to one another, to share, to understand, and to find strength again,\u201d Sona says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The group work became an important stage in her recovery.
