The loss of her husband became the most difficult trial of her life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBefore 2020, I was a happy person. After the war, I changed. I became more closed, colder, and indifferent toward the world,\u201d Emma says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emma found her husband\u2019s body only nine months after his death. During all that time, pain, waiting, and uncertainty had become part of her daily life. But within that pain, thanks to her daughter and for her daughter, Emma also found the strength to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On that journey, Emma learned about the Foundation\u2019s programs through social media and decided to join. Here, in an atmosphere of mutual support, trust, and warmth, she began to gradually recover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emma says that during the group sessions, she was able to gather her strength again and focus on the brighter moments of life, her own strengths, and the possibilities of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This journey helped her restore inner peace, believe in her own strength, and look toward the future again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhen you remain alone in your pain, it becomes even heavier.
