How can I join your programs?

To join, you need to complete the self-assessment test on the website and leave your contact details.

Based on your needs, you will be offered the appropriate format, schedule, and next steps for participation.

The Foundation’s programs are free of charge. Full information about participation terms and current programs is published in advance.

The programs are open to people who have been affected by the psychological consequences of war (directly or indirectly) or other adverse circumstances of life, and want to restore inner balance, strengthen personal and social resources, receive community support, and rebuild belief in the future.

The programs are designed for people of different ages and life experiences.

The Foundation’s work is built around group and community-based support, because one of the key parts of our approach is restoring connection and belonging between people.

The Foundation’s programs are designed for adults. However, in cooperation with partner organizations, we also implement programs for children and adolescents. Information about these programs is available on our website and social media pages.
