In September 2024, we announced the launch of the large-scale “Armenian Road to Recovery” program. Today, we are ready to share with you the encouraging results we have achieved in recent months.
Since September, about 1,500 people have completed a preliminary self-assessment of their mental state on the Foundation’s website. Most of them, having received a preliminary assessment of their mental state, have expressed a desire to follow the Armenian Path of Recovery. By the way, 20.8 percent of the latter are men.
In the first phase of the program, “Healing,” 90 people received six weeks of spiritual and psychological support in 8 groups.
91.7% of participants experienced positive behavioral change and an increase in their ability to form positive narratives.
In the second, “Become Empowered,” phase, we held 7 psycho-educational events in the communities of Vanadzor, Gyumri, and Yerevan during November-January. The two-day events, held on Saturday and Sunday, brought together about 200 participants who, due to the war or its indirect consequences, have faced the problem of re-evaluating their lives.
On January 25, the launch of the final “Succeed” phase of the “Armenian Road to Restoration” was announced in Vanadzor.
During the “Succeed” phase, 5 large Community Meetings were held, with more than 270 participants.
