The first psycho-educational event of the Armenian Road to Recovery program took place in Vanadzor on November 23-24. The event was attended by about 30 people who had directly or indirectly suffered the consequences of the 2020 war.
During the two-day program, the participants, through collaborative work, were able to create a safe environment where everyone’s stories were valued and appreciated.
With the support of the Foundation’s specialists, the participants of the event tried to recreate more viable stories of their lives, develop their personal capacity by confronting their own and others’ stories, and form mechanisms for overcoming post-traumatic stress.
